Yes! We provide every customer with a free preview of their artwork once it is ready. You may request as many revisions as you like. We will only begin printing once you are completely happy with your portrait.

If you’re not satisfied with your artwork, you may request revisions. We’ll make the adjustments and send a new preview for your approval. Printing only begins once you are happy with the final result.

We review every photo that is submitted. In most cases, the photo is perfectly fine. If we encounter any issues, we will email you to explain and request a clearer photo.

The best photos are taken in natural lighting and at eye level with your subject.

Not at all. We create portraits for subjects of all kinds—cats, horses, rabbits, and many more. All animals (and all subjects) are welcome!
