Within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours: case-by-case. If approved after 24 hours, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Not available once production/printing/processing has started or after shipping. |

Request changes as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production begins. |
Refund
Case-by-case if approved before production. Refunds return to the original payment method. |

No (once the file is downloaded) This is a custom-made digital artwork and cannot be cancelled once the digital file has been sent or downloaded.
